CKD AVB*47 High Vacuum Air Operated Valve (2-Stage Soft Exhaust)

Two-stage high-vacuum angle valve that performs soft (slow) and main exhaust from one body, NW25 to NW63.

Key features

  • Two-stage operation: soft exhaust then main exhaust, separate pilot ports (0.4-0.6 MPa each)
  • Soft exhaust conductance set by adjusting nut rotation
  • CKD formed bellows (SUS316L) with aluminium body; seat leak 1.3x10^-10 Pa m3/s (He)
  • High-temp option H0 (5-150 C, no magnet); H0M (with magnet) only with ET0H/ET0V switch
  • Auto switches mount on the main exhaust valve only, e.g. AVB447-40K-4-DT5H3-H
