CKD GRC/GRC-K Table Rotary Actuator (Clean Room P73/P53)

CKD GRC (basic) and GRC-K (high-precision) rack-and-pinion table rotary actuators in vacuum-sweep clean versions P73 and P53, sizes 5-80.

Key features

  • Bearing-guided table takes heavy loads directly; GRC-K table run-out +/-0.026 deg
  • Rotation 90 deg (adjustable 0-100 deg) or 180 deg (adjustable 90-190 deg) with stopper bolts
  • Switch magnet built in; T-series switches and quantity R/L/D ordered in the code, e.g. GRC-10-180-T2V-D-P73
  • Vacuum sweep relief port (M5) draws out particles; P53 (made-to-order) excludes copper, silicone and halogen materials
  • NPT/G port threads for sizes 50, 80 are made-to-order
