CKD LCG-P7 Linear Slide Cylinder (Clean Room, Bore 6-25)

CKD LCG-P7 clean-room linear slide cylinder with a 4-row ball linear guide for high-precision small-part transfer and positioning in clean environments.

Key features

  • Linear guide with 4-row, 2-point-contact ball arrangement (bore 12 and up) for high precision and rigidity
  • Twin-rod double-acting cylinder integrated with slide table; symmetrical layout possible
  • Clean-room P7 series: P72 exhaust processing (exhaust piped out via relief port) or P73 vacuum suction (vacuum sweep of the relief port)
  • Bore 20/25: optional U rust-proof treatment of table and rail (black finish) for humid environments
  • Magnet built in; switches (F/T series), lead length and quantity are added code blocks
  • Optional stroke-adjusting stoppers S1-S6 (5 mm per side), stopper ports (D), nitrided stopper block (T), port plugs (N)
