CKD LCM series ultra-compact linear slide cylinder integrating cylinder body, linear guide and slide table, for high-precision positioning of small parts.

Key features

  • Running parallelism 0.005 mm and mounting parallelism 0.03 mm for precise positioning
  • Stainless steel cylinder body and slide table for corrosion resistance
  • Work can be mounted directly on the table top and front face via pre-drilled holes
  • Rubber cushion on bore 6 and 8; piston speed 30-500 mm/s
  • Cylinder switches F2S/F3S/F2H/F2V/F3H/F3V/F2YH/F2YV/F3YH/F3YV/F3PH/F3PV (R/H/D) ordered in the code; magnet + switch rail options F1/F2, positioning pins J*, lead 3 m
  • Buffer (B), magnet only (M) and positioning pins (J*) available as options; intermediate strokes not available
