CKD MCP mechanical power cylinder that produces 2 t or 5 t effective thrust from shop air alone, combining high-speed feed with a mechanical boost stroke at any position.

Key features

  • 2 t or 5 t effective thrust (at 0.6 MPa) using compressed air only, no hydraulic unit or oil
  • MCP-W: high-speed feed plus boost at any position; MCP-S: boost section only
  • Boost in 10 mm steps by repeating boost-section pressurize/exhaust within the total stroke
  • Switch magnet built in; T-type switches (T0H, T2H, T3H, T2YH etc.) and switch qty appended to code
  • Female rod end standard; male thread rod end option N; mounting brackets assembled at shipment
