SMC ALB900 Booster Lubricator (Micro Mist, 2 inch Class)

SMC ALB900 booster lubricator that uses a built-in booster to create the mist-generating pressure differential, supplying stable micro mist to a main air line with very little line pressure drop.

Key features

Booster supplies higher pressure than the main line; the difference generates micro mist, so main-line pressure drop is small
Continuous micro mist set only by adjusting the mist-generating differential pressure (0.05 to 0.2 MPa)
Refill through the fill plug without stopping the air line; mist generation visible at the fill port
Bypass lubrication adapter ALBA90-10/-20/-30 (Rc1, Rc2, 3 inch flange) and ball valves Rc1/4, Rc1/2 included as standard accessories
Operation control by air pilot or solenoid (AC100V/200V/220V, DC24V); float switch S1/S2 ordered as suffix
