SMC ALD series differential pressure (D.P.) lubricator for centralized micro-mist lubrication of multiple points, available alone (ALD) or as a panel-mounted unit with inlet filter (ALDU).

Key features

  • Centralized control of multi-point lubrication with low oil consumption
  • Oil feed rate set simply by adjusting the differential pressure (0.03 to 0.1 MPa, 0.05 MPa recommended)
  • Refill by opening the fill plug without stopping the air line; micro-mist generation visible at the fill port
  • ALDU unit includes an inlet-side filter on a panel; brackets (B), panel (P) and float switches (S1/S2) ordered as suffixes
  • Thread Rc standard; NPT (N) available. CE/UKCA (ALD900)
