SMC ALIP1000/1100 Impulse Lubricator (with ALIM Manifold, ALT Tank)

SMC ALIP series impulse lubricator that discharges a fixed small quantity of oil per pilot air signal directly at the lubrication point, available as single units, ALIM manifolds of 2 to 10 stations and with ALT10/ALT20 oil tanks.

Key features

  • Pilot-air driven piston pump: 0 to 0.04 cm³ per shot (adjustable 0.003 to 0.04 cm³, factory set 0.02 cm³) with visual indicator
  • ALIP1000 for non-pressurized or pressurized tanks (0 to 0.4 MPa oil); ALIP1100 for pressurized supply (0.15 to 0.4 MPa)
  • For intermittent precise lubrication of gears, slides and pneumatic cylinders
  • ALIM manifold mounts 2 to 10 ALIP units (odd station counts use a blanking plate)
  • Optional ALT10 (160 cm³) and ALT20 (1000 cm³) oil tanks, with float switch S1/S2 (AC/DC 200 V, AC50VA/DC50W)
