SMC AP3200 series air-operated normally closed high-purity diaphragm valve with an all-metal wetted path (metal valve seat).

  • SUS316L double-melt body, electropolished and passivated; Ni-Co alloy diaphragm; all-metal wetted parts
  • Air-operated N.C.; Cv 0.27; working pressure vacuum to 0.9 MPa
  • Fluid temperature up to 100 C
  • 1/4 or 3/8 face seal (female/male) or tube weld connections
  • Indicator switch option IS; face-to-face 1.75 in option
