SMC AP3260 series manual high-purity diaphragm valve with an all-metal wetted path and round multi-turn handle.

  • SUS316L double-melt body, electropolished and passivated; Ni-Co alloy diaphragm; all-metal valve seat
  • Manual round multi-turn handle; Cv 0.27; working pressure vacuum to 0.9 MPa
  • Fluid temperature up to 90 C
  • 1/4 or 3/8 face seal (female/male) or tube weld connections
  • Panel mount P and face-to-face 1.75 in options
