SMC AP3600 series manual high-purity diaphragm valve (Cv 0.29) for process gas lines up to 20.7 MPa, with a choice of handle styles.

  • High-purity SUS316L double-melt body, electropolished and passivated; Ni-Co alloy diaphragm, PCTFE seat (polyimide VS option)
  • Manual operation; working pressure vacuum to 3000 psig (20.7 MPa); Cv 0.29
  • Handles: round multi-turn (600), lever 1/4 turn (625), round 1/4 turn with open/close indicator (650), flat round with LOTO (657)
  • 1/4 or 3/8 face seal (female/male) or tube weld connections; body S or H (Ni-Cr-Mo)
  • Indicator switch option ISH (AP3650), panel mount P and VS seat are suffixes
