SMC AP3800 / AP3900 High-Purity Diaphragm Valve (Manual, Purge Port)

SMC AP3800 and AP3900 series manual high-flow (Cv 2.8) high-purity diaphragm valves with optional purge ports in a monoblock body.

Key features

  • High-purity SUS316L double-melt body, electropolished and passivated; Ni-Co alloy diaphragm, PCTFE seat (polyimide VS option)
  • Manual; Cv 2.8; working pressure vacuum to 250 psig (1.7 MPa)
  • AP3800 round handle with open/close indicator; AP3900 flat round handle with LOTO
  • Monoblock body with purge ports (1/4 face seal male) on inlet and/or outlet side
  • 3/8 tube weld, 1/2 and 3/4 face seal or tube weld connections; purge cap C and VS seat are suffixes
