SMC AZ12PA series air-operated SUS316L tied-diaphragm process gas regulator set by pilot air, for high flow (below 800 slpm).

Key features

  • Air-operated (dome-loaded) set point: pilot air sets outlet pressure 0.05-1.0 MPa; pilot air isolated from process gas by a double seal
  • SUS316L body, internal finish Ra 0.25 um (option Q 0.62 um); precision cleaned for process gas supply
  • Inlet up to 1700 psig (11.7 MPa), HR option 20.7 MPa; flow below 800 slpm, HF below 1000 slpm
  • Material S or SHP (Ni-Cr-Mo poppet)
  • 2, 3 or 4-port bodies with 1/4 to 1/2 face seal or tube weld connections
  • Listed codes: gauge ports "0" (1/4 face seal male port, no gauge); gauges (V3, L, 1, H, 2, 4, 40), MPA scale, VS/TF seat, HF high-flow and panel mount (P) are ordered as suffixes
