SMC AZ3542 and AZ4542 series compact air-operated normally closed diaphragm valves for high-purity process gas supply lines.

  • Compact air-operated N.C. actuator (height 55 mm, 0.22-0.24 kg); M5 operating port
  • AZ3 size Cv 0.29, AZ4 size Cv 0.5; working pressure vacuum to 0.9 MPa
  • Integral forged body (2P) or welded body (2PW); SEMI F36 compatible mounting
  • 1/4, 3/8 face seal and 1/4 to 1/2 tube weld connections; welded type allows mixed IN/OUT fittings on order
  • Helium leak tested, precision cleaned and assembled in a clean room; multi-port options (2PWA to 4PWM) on order
