SMC CKZP Short Pin Cylinder (ø57, ø71, NAAMS)

SMC CKZP series short pin (locating pin) cylinder for workpiece positioning in welding lines, ø57 equivalent and ø71 bore, 25 or 50 mm stroke.

Key features

High accuracy: rod play ±0.1 mm or less at extension, non-rotating accuracy ±0.1 mm or less (ø71)
Position repeatability ±0.05 mm, distance accuracy ±0.1 mm
High output: 1764 N retract / 2362 N extend (ø71, 0.6 MPa); mounting complies with NAAMS (ø71)
Built-in coil scraper and lube-retainer; connector angle selectable (CKZP57L 45°/90°, CKZP71 0°/45°/90°)
TURCK or P&F proximity switch (PNP); switch output LED colour standard or reversed (-R)
