SMC CYV magnetically coupled rodless air cylinder that can be installed and used for transfer inside a vacuum environment down to 1.3x10^-4 Pa.

  • O-ring seals isolate the vacuum side from atmosphere
  • Low outgassing surface treatment, no Ni plating; TiN coated external magnet

  • Linear guide with vacuum grease
