SMC HF3A-ZP3F series 4.5-stage bellows vacuum pad made of metal-detectable blue silicone, for depanning and handling soft bakery products.

Key features

  • Metal-detectable silicone pad and resin retainer allow detection of fragments in foreign-matter inspection
  • Highly cushioned 4.5-stage bellows picks soft workpieces such as bread with a light pressing force (approx. 1.7 N)
  • Anti-sticking grooves around the bellows prevent fold adhesion and improve durability
  • Retainer type inserts directly into holes in resin belts (e.g. depanner); adapter type with G3/8 or G1/2 male thread
  • Materials conform to FDA 21CFR177.2600, Japan Food Sanitation Act and (EC) No.1935/2004; no lubricant or rust inhibitor
