SMC IP8000/IP8100 Electro-Pneumatic Positioner (Lever / Rotary)

SMC IP8000 (lever type) and IP8100 (rotary cam type) electro-pneumatic positioners that position valve actuators in proportion to a DC4 to 20 mA input signal.

  • IP65 dustproof/waterproof enclosure (JIS F8007, IEC 60529) with check valve and labyrinth central exhaust
  • Structure 0: general purpose without terminal box; structure 1: terminal box, TIIS flameproof Exd IIBT5 (Korea-certified versions -X113 lever / -X114 rotary)
  • Single and double acting; standard stroke 10 to 85 mm (lever) or 60 to 100 degrees (rotary); 1/2 split range possible
  • Accessories as suffix letters: A/B output-orifice pilot valve, C/D fork lever joint, E/F lever units 35-100/50-140 mm, G compensation spring, H external scale, J/JR DC4-20 mA opening feedback, W internal opening indicator
  • Connection ports Rc1/4 with G1/2 conduit standard; NPT, G and M20x1.5 variants, ATEX intrinsically safe (-X14) and CE/UKCA (Q) versions on order
