SMC IZD10 series surface potential sensor that detects the electrostatic potential of a workpiece and outputs a 1 to 5 V analog voltage.

Key features

  • Two measuring ranges: ±0.4 kV (IZD10-110) and ±20 kV (IZD10-510)
  • Analog output 1 to 5 V, output impedance approx. 100 Ω, output delay 100 ms or less
  • Compact sensor head with separate amplifier, mounted with M3 screws
  • Combine with IZE11 surface potential sensor monitor for display, switch and analog outputs
