    SMC LVR series air-operated regulator / flow control valve for chemicals and ultrapure water, high-purity PFA body with LQ3 flare fittings.

    Key features

    • Piston structure gives precise linear valve motion; diaphragm area difference keeps outlet pressure stable against inlet fluctuation
    • High-purity fluoropolymer wetted parts (HP PFA body, PTFE diaphragm), fluid temperature up to 100 C
    • LQ3 hyper flare fittings, three body sizes for 1/4 to 3/4 in tube
    • X20 option prevents backflow caused by back pressure in the fluid circuit
    • Pilot pressure set with an ITV electro-pneumatic regulator or manual regulator; exhaust/leak detection port
