SMC MHCA2 / MHCM2 Angular Air Gripper (Short Body 6 mm, Miniature 7 mm)

SMC MHCA2-6 short-body and MHCM2-7S miniature angular-style air grippers for very small workpieces, the shortest and lightest bodies of the MHC2 family.

Key features

  • MHCA2-6: short body 41 x 20 x 10 mm, 19 g; gripping moment 0.038 N.m (double) / 0.024 N.m (single) at 0.5 MPa
  • MHCA2-6 Endboss body options: side piping (E), axial piping with dia.4 one-touch fitting (K), hose nipple (H) or M3 port (M)
  • MHCM2-7S: smallest and lightest in the series, 23 x 15 x 10 mm, 9.5 g, gripping moment 0.017 N.m
  • Jaw opening/closing angle: MHCA2 30 to -10 deg, MHCM2 20 to -7 deg
  • No auto switch mounting on MHCA2/MHCM2 (use MHC2-6 for switch detection)
