SMC RMTM Manual Tool Changer (One-Push / Clamp Type)

SMC RMTM manual tool changer for quick hand-tool exchange on collaborative robots, in a tool-free one-push type (RMTM1) and a two-bolt clamp type (RMTM2).

Key features

  • RMTM1 one-push type: tool attached or removed by pressing the push button, no tools required
  • RMTM2 clamp type: tool fixed with two clamper bolts (M5x25, 2.7 to 3.3 N·m)
  • Small and light: 18.5 mm / 16 mm height, 137 g (main + tool plate)
  • Main plate and tool plate ordered separately; T2 tool plate mounts directly on RMH series co-robot grippers
  • Low-head hex socket bolts and positioning pin included with each plate
