SMC SFB series straight-type clean gas filters for compressed air and nitrogen: SFB100 cartridge PTFE membrane filter, SFB200 120 um sintered SUS316 strainer and SFB300 non-reusable high-purity filter for semiconductor processes.

  • SFB100: replaceable PTFE membrane cartridge (0.01 um, 99.99%), fluororesin holder and FKM gasket, 45 L/min
  • SFB200: clean gas strainer with 120 um SUS316 sintered metal element to protect regulators, 400 L/min
  • SFB300: non-reusable all-SUS316 filter, 5 to 120 C, helium leak 4.0x10-9 Pa m3/s or less; URJ metal gasket union available
  • SUS316 case and cover electropolished inside and outside; bracket standard
  • Made to order: aluminum case (X8), non-standard strainer ratings 1 to 100 um (X40); NPT1/4 also available
