SMC SFD Clean Air Filter (Hollow Fiber Element, 0.01 um)

SMC SFD series clean air filter with a hollow fiber membrane element giving 0.01 um filtration (99.99% capture) for clean blow and clean room air at up to 500 L/min (ANR).

Key features

  • Hollow fiber membrane element: filtration 0.01 um, 99.99% capture efficiency
  • Low initial pressure drop: 0.03 MPa at 0.7 MPa inlet and max. flow
  • In-line body with built-in KP clean one-touch fittings (o4 to o12) or Rc1/4 female thread
  • Resin case standard; aluminum (1) and stainless steel (2) cases and SFD101/102 are made to order
  • Bracket option B for SFD100/110; SFD200 has a bracket as standard; NPT1/4 and G1/4 threads also available
