SMC SP Vacuum Suction Plate (Sintered Metal, 50x50 to 300x300 mm)

SMC SP series suction plate that holds thin sheets, glass substrates and flexible workpieces flat through a sintered metal element with many fine pores, leaving no wrinkles, bubbles or suction marks.

Key features

  • Suction surface with about 1300 fine pores per cm² (ø0.12 mm average), opening ratio 15% or more
  • High machining accuracy: lapped stainless steel suction surface, flatness 15 to 25 µm
  • Uniform, large holding force without workpiece deformation or position shift
  • Six suction area sizes from 50x50 to 300x300 mm, rectangular or square body outline
  • Side suction port position and element particle size (ø0.2 / ø0.4) are made to order
