SMC SRF Clean Regulator, Fluoropolymer Type (SRF10/30/50)

SMC SRF series pilot-operated clean regulator with New PFA body and PTFE diaphragms for DI water and chemical liquid lines, in three body sizes with nut-type LQ1 fittings or integrated tubes.

Key features

  • Wetted parts New PFA body and PTFE diaphragm; cleaned and clean packed (Clean Wet series)
  • Outlet pressure set by pilot air pressure; max. recommended flow 2 / 5 / 20 L/min (SRF10 / 30 / 50, water, 0.3 MPa inlet)
  • Nut type with LQ1 hyper fittings: IN and OUT sizes selectable, reducers available; tube integrated type with 1/4, 3/8 or 3/4 in tube
  • Pilot port Rc1/8 (NPT1/8 on order); made to order X401 mounting holes rotated 90 deg
  • Fitting integrated LQ2 type ends production March 2026 per catalog; nut type SRF-0S-1S is the replacement
