SMC SRP series compact precision clean regulator with SUS316 wetted metal, low air consumption (0.5 L/min or less) and Class 10000 clean room assembly.

  • Precision: sensitivity 0.3% F.S., repeatability +/-1% F.S.
  • Low bleed: air consumption 0.5 L/min (ANR) or less at 0.2 MPa setting
  • Oil-free: all wetted parts degreased and cleaned; assembled in Class 10000 clean room
  • Wetted materials SUS316, fluororesin, fluororubber and ceramic
  • Gauge port direction R, bracket B21-1-T1 and pressure gauges available; made to order M5 bleed port (X201) and bleed port fitting (X206); NPT1/8 (N01) and G1/8 (F01) ports also offered
