SMC VCC series compact 2-port and 3-port air operated valve for water-based and solvent-based paints, inks and cleaning fluids, for manifold mounting or as a single unit with sub-base.

Key features

  • Compact, lightweight cartridge valve suitable for mounting on robot arms
  • VCC12 2-port, VCC13 3-port (circulation) and VCC12D diaphragm type for two-component paint
  • Poppet seal of PEEK resin and stainless steel with special fluororesin; PTFE diaphragm on VCC12D
  • Leak detection port separates fluid section from pilot air
  • Single unit sub-base Rc1/4 (02) or G1/4 (02F); mounts on VVCC1 manifolds; disassembly for cleaning with dedicated tools
