SMC VCHN silencer for 5.0 MPa high pressure exhaust, such as blow molding machines, with built-in relief valve.

Noise reduction 35 dB(A) at 4.0 MPa supply, 2.0 MPa back pressure (up to 45 dB(A) made to order)
Two-layer sound absorbing material of different filtration reduces clogging to 1/10
Built-in relief valve opens when internal pressure reaches 1.8 MPa
Freeze reduction type VCHNF with sleeve reduces freezing 30 to 40%
Element replaceable by removing one bolt (VCHN3-EL / VCHN4-EL)
