    SMC VCHR series 6.0 MPa high-pressure relief type regulator for air, in direct operated (VCHR) and air pilot operated (VCHRA, remote setting via ITV) versions with G3/4 to G1-1/2 ports.

    Key features

    • Max. operating pressure 6.0 MPa; service life 10 million cycles
    • Polyurethane elastomer poppet and metal seal relief valve for durability under high pressure
    • Special fluororesin seals on sliding parts stabilise response and reduce pressure influence; NSF-H1 grease on guide rings
    • VCHR: set pressure 0.5 to 5.0 MPa via 32 mm hex adjusting bolt; VCHRA: 0.5 to 4.5 MPa set by pilot pressure (remote control with ITV electro-pneumatic regulator)
    • G thread to ISO 1179-1; set pressure detection port 2x Rc1/4 (plugged)
