SMC W-R1/W-R3 pallet lock cylinder that centers and locks pallets or carts on conveyor lines after they stop, for conveyed mass up to 1000 kg or 3000 kg.

  • Centers position deviation up to ±50 mm
  • Toggle mechanism with max. clamp force 4430 N (W-R1) / 4070 N (W-R3)
  • Wide arm opening approx. 70° avoids interference with the work (no cylinder slide needed)
  • Clamp unit and cylinder integrated as one unit, reducing design and assembly work
  • Arm operation confirmation proximity switch optional (SC, OMRON E2EQ-X7D1G-M1TGJ-T0.3M, M12)
