SMC XT316 Air Shocker (Pneumatic Knocker, ø30 to ø100)

SMC XT316 series air shocker, a pneumatic piston type impact generator that clears bridging and build-up of powder and granular material in hoppers and chutes, ø30 to ø100 mm cylinder.

Key features

  • Strong, stable striking force; impact force adjustable by supply pressure
  • Non-lube operation; driven by a 3-port solenoid valve (tank charge, poppet release, piston strike)
  • Selection by hopper diameter and plate thickness chart (e.g. ø500 mm hopper, 4 mm plate: one XT316-63)
  • Available with mounting base (B) for full-perimeter welding to the hopper wall
  • Supplied with mounting bolts, spring washers and hard lock nuts
