    SMC ZFC050 compact suction filter with M5 threads, mounted directly on the VQD1000-V vacuum/release unit manifold or on PFMV flow sensors.

    Key features

    • Compact ø9.2 mm body with M5x0.8 connections, 17.5 to 24.5 mm long
    • ZFC050-M5X50: 20 µm element, for the A port of the VQD1000-V manifold base
    • ZFC050-M5X68 / -AU6X68: 3 µm element, for PFMV series flow sensors (suction confirmation)
    • Element replaceable by separating the IN-side body using the hex flats
    • Replacement elements: ZFC-EL050-X50 (M5X50) and ZFC-EL013-A (X68 types)
