SMC ZP2 series panel fixing vacuum pad with PTFE pad and bellows mechanism for stage fixing of LCD panels and glass substrates.

Key features

  • PTFE pad on FKM bellows joint follows warped or slightly inclined panels
  • Square aluminum mounting plate (white alumite), 20x20 mm (Z002) or 40x40 mm (Z003)
  • For horizontal use and workpiece fixing only; not for vacuum holding applications
  • Use at full stroke; workpiece mass must not be applied directly to the pad
