SMC ZXP7 plug-and-play all-in-one vacuum gripper for FANUC CRX series collaborative robots, integrating ejector, supply and release valves, pressure sensor and pads.

Key features

  • Works by connecting one compressed air tube and the M8 robot connector only
  • Integrated vacuum ejector, air supply and release valves, compact pressure sensor and pads
  • Pad options: ZP flat, ribbed, bellows, thin flat and multi-stage bellows ø8 to ø32 in NBR, silicone, urethane or FKM, plus ZP3P film-packaging bellows (blue silicone); 4 adapter pads supplied
  • Pad pitch adjustable (50 to 70 mm); pad flange can be omitted (N) to fit a customer-made flange
  • FANUC CRX plug-in software (tablet TP, R-30iB Mini Plus) for easy programming; mounting ISO9409-1-50-4-M6
  • Replacement pad flange ZXP7-PFL1-A-X1 and suction assist valve ZP2V-B6-05 ordered separately
