OMRON E32-LD Build-in Lens Reflective Fiber Unit — General-purpose threaded fiber sensor with built-in PMMA lens. Approximately 3.5× the light intensity of conventional non-lens reflective models — stable detection even for difficult-to-detect glossy black workpieces and low-reflection materials. Sensing distance approximately 2× conventional non-lens reflective models. 15° aperture angle creates a clear, well-defined spot (approx. 80 mm at 300 mm distance vs 350 mm conventional) for easy on-site adjustment and label-through-backing detection. M6×0.75 trivalent chrome-plated zinc alloy threaded body — no external lens attachment required, no protrusion, no risk of lost lens. Free-cut supported. Two cable variants: standard R25 bending radius (E32-LD11) and flexible R1 (E32-LD11R). IP50. Operating temperature −40 to +70 °C. Compatible with E3X-HD and E3NX-FA fiber amplifiers.
