Servo Systems

Yuken compact, lightweight slope controller — about 1/5 the weight and 1/4 the volume of the earlier slope controller, with one-touch (plug-in) wiring. A 4-bit switching signal selects arbitrary level and acceleration/deceleration-time output patterns. Output channels 1; output voltage range 0–+5 V (factory), 0–+10 V, ±5 V, ±10 V; max slope time 1–9999 s (slope-constant or time-constant, 1 s steps); slope shapes 1 linear + 3 curves; setting resolution 0.1% over 0–±99.9%; 4-bit binary input giving 15 output patterns. Sequence input 10 mA/24 V (10–28 V range), sequence output 50 mA / 32 V. Supply DC24V (20–30 V incl. ripple), 3 W, mass 0.2 kg.

Two-input (voltage-input) servo amplifier with an auxiliary input (AUX) for configuring a minor loop. Supplies an external ±12 V regulated voltage, allowing simple connection to setters or detectors such as potentiometers. Full model code AMS-※-S-20; variant field by RFQ / consultation.

Yuken dedicated power amplifiers that drive the proportional solenoids of 10Ω-series proportional electro-hydraulic control valves (e.g. EDG pilot relief, EBG relief, ERBG relieving/reducing), converting a command signal into a proportional solenoid drive current. Available as AC-powered rack types (AME-D-10, SK1022-A/B with command-feedback) and a compact DC24V lead-wire type (SK1015). The full order code carries a valve-matching option (※) specified per matched valve.

Yuken dedicated power amplifiers that drive the proportional solenoids of 40Ω-series flow control valves (EFG/EFCG, design 31/26/22/11). The AME-D type is a DC-command-input amplifier and AME-DF adds command feedback; both are available in wall-mount (D only) or panel-mount and with AC (85–230 V) or DC (20–55 V) supply. The AME-T type is an acceleration/deceleration-signal amplifier with adjustable ramp (0.05–1 s per 100 mA), AC100V or AC200/220V supply. Max output current 0.8 A (40Ω solenoid; 1.0 A for 10Ω), factory-set max output 0.8 A.

Yuken setting adjusters that supply the command-signal voltage to proportional-control power amplifiers. As setting depends on the actual operating method, setters are normally built to customer request; the following are sold as standard products. MC-01 is the simplest manual dial setter (single 1 kΩ volume); MC-02 is a centre-tapped manual dial setter (1 kΩ·1 kΩ) suited to servo systems; AMC-V6 is a 6-point setter for individual setting of six points. Use the setter potentiometer impedance specified for each amplifier (typically 1–2 kΩ).

Analog servo controller providing all functions required of a servo amplifier when configuring a servo system. Features feedback-signal display, open/close switching by external signal, and warning-signal output. Full model code SK1056-※-※-20; variant fields by RFQ / consultation.

Yuken DC24V power amplifier for proportional directional & flow control valves (EDFHG-03/04/06). Two outputs (SOL a / SOL b) set valve direction, with an adjustable delay (DELAY) function 0.15–3 s for shockless transitions. Max output current 1 A (10Ω solenoid), command input SOL a: DC -10 V / SOL b: DC +10 V, input impedance 10 kΩ, max gain 1 A/±5 V, variable dither, temperature drift 0.2 mA/°C. Supply DC24V (21–28 V incl. ripple, ≥1.5 A capacity), 25 W, external setter 2 kΩ, mass 1.0 kg. No power switch (operates as soon as powered — fit an external switch).

Yuken DC-input power amplifier for the high-performance proportional power-saving valve ELFBG-03. Provides LVDT spool-position feedback, a slope (ramp) function and an alarm output for stable, high-accuracy flow control. The compensation code (1 or 2) is matched to the valve flow rating (1 = ELFBG-03-125, 2 = ELFBG-03-170). Max output current 2.5 A, command input 0 to +10 V, input impedance ≥10 kΩ, sensor-monitor output -0.5 V/1 mm stroke, alarm output max DC30V/10 mA. Supply DC24V (20–30 V incl. ripple), mass 0.3 kg. No power switch (operates as soon as powered — fit an external switch).
