Mitsubishi Electric MS-T/N series US-H20 solid state contactor dedicated to heater loads, suited to injection moulding machines, semiconductor production equipment and similar applications. Wide main circuit voltage range AC24-480V with rated operational current 20A under AC-1 class between -10 and 40 degrees C, heater capacity 4kW at 1 phase 200V, 6.9kW at 3 phase 200V, 13.8kW at 3 phase 400V under batch control. Semiconductor switching gives long life in high frequency switching duty with no switching noise, no wearing parts and clean operation, and a front operation indicator shows the control input state. The DD code selects individual control in place of batch control and the HZ code supplies the unit without a cooling fin, while the RM code gives a rail mount only specification and the UF code a reduced width body. A charged part protection cover unit UN-CV501US and the power control unit UA-PC are available as options. Derate the rated operational current above 40 degrees C ambient.
